Kruissteek Zeigart ton-sur-ton telpatronenboekje met 7 strengen Retors 100% katoenen borduurgaren. Andere kleurnummers dan in het boekje, maar alsnog een goede kleuren samenstelling te gebruiken in verschillende projecten, omdat het borduurgaren te splitsen is. 

Supersterk borduurkatoen, bijzonder decoratief en nog zeer goed te gebruiken voor kruissteek borduren, armbandjes borduren. 

Dit garen is  ideaal voor restauraties van tapijten en stoelen, te gebruiken bij oude patronen, maar ook prachtig in een oude naaidoos. 

Minder geschikt voor crewelborduurwerk, maar wel geschikt voor stramienwerk en volksborduurkunst en katoenen borduurwerkjes en slow embroidery.

DMC Retors Mat 4 is predominantly used as a tapestry thread – that is, it’s used more for needlepoint or canvas work than for surface embroidery. It’s a very thick thread, and it’s a soft thread like the silky ones. But for coton it realy feels softer then the coton yarn you buy nowardays. If you want you can split it but also use as chrochet yarn for small projects.
